I'm excited by this new series of challenges. It's designed to get me (and hopefully you too) scanning maps of your local area to find cool new places to run, and to help make training a bit more fun

Running with the boys seems to make me faster up hill, but slower when there are sheep or other people around.

Jasper and Milo are my housemate's dogs and I'm not always sure they'll come back to me 😂 ...I'd feel pretty bad if I lost them!
