Having established my own plant-based business, Rebel Gelato, I have hands on experience launching new plant-based offerings into the marketplace and can help you realise your own ideas.
With a strong focus on sustainability, I collaborated with a research team from Cumbria University and ECOi North West to measure and reduce Rebel Gelato’s environmental impact, and was proud to have the business recognised as a Finalist for New Business of the Year at the Cumbria Food Awards in our first year.
